At Argyll Veterinary Centre, we provide veterinary care for all types of pets belonging to people living in and visiting the area. Our staff tend to be based on one particular surgery. This means that when you bring your pet into us you’ll usually see the same familiar faces from reception staff to vets and we will get to know you and your pets well. Consultations at Argyll Vets are by appointment allowing us to spend more time with your pet and minimise waiting times. Appointments are available throughout the day so you can call your local surgery to book a time that suits you. Emergencies will, of course, be seen immediately.
All your pet’s medical records are computerised and can be accessed at any of our branches, so if you need to attend a different surgery than your usual one, we’ll have all your details.
Operations are performed at all surgeries Monday to Friday, mainly as day patient procedures. If your pet needs to be hospitalised they will be cared for by our qualified staff, with a nurse looking after them overnight.
We also offer home visits – please phone your preferred surgery to see if this is suitable for your pet and to arrange a convenient time.
